Sweet bread

Sweet bread is a term that is generally given to a bread that its dough and topping, in some cases, sugar or another sweetener, such as stevia, is added. The wide variety of sweet breads found in the world market is very vast, although there are some famous sweet breads such as panettone, popularized as a Christmas symbol, the roscón in Colombia, which is a round bread with a hole in the center. and that is filled with dulce de leche or "bocadillo" (guava sweet).
