The Kosante platform is developed and operated by the Dronico S.A.S team, a company registered in the city of Bogotá, Colombia and offers services and digital content under the SaaS (Software as a Service) modality. The terms, conditions and policies of use of the platform and its functionalities are described below. By accessing our platform you agree to have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. You must bear in mind that these terms and conditions may vary over the years according to the provisions and needs of Kosante or Dronico S.A.S, these changes will be notified to the users of the platform via email.
Who can use Kosante?
According to the legal provisions to create an account on the Kosante platform and use our services, you must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age contemplated in the legislation of your territory. The service use agreement is not binding and the platform should not be used if any local legal norm in your territory prohibits it.
Buy services on the platform
By acquiring our Software as a Service services, you accept the terms and conditions of the service, so you must make sure you know the scope and availability of said services, when making the payment a binding contract is extended between the user and Kosante to make use of the services in a responsible manner and in accordance with the policies described in this document. We reserve the right to change the prices of the services according to the interests and needs of the platform but in the same way we promise to provide the services offered that have been previously contracted without implying additional costs.
Return and Refund Policy
In case of failures in the payment process, inconveniences with the prices of the platform or erroneous collection processes that could happen inadvertently, we promise to make the full refund of any payment associated with one of these situations within a period not exceeding to 14 calendar days.
Intellectual property, copyright
The SaaS platform service and the published materials including: software, publications, photos, videos, articles, etc., are the property of Kosante and Dronico SAS, however, the intellectual property of the material created by the user using the platform is recognized who You agree to the distribution of this material by Kosante by accepting these terms and conditions. The user must agree not to make an improper distribution or for commercial purposes of the content or materials provided on the platform without express authorization from the user.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account that incurs in the following causes:
- Breach of the platform use policies.
- Incurrence of an illegal action or violation of copyright.
- Inappropriate conduct in the use of the platform and attacks on other users.
- As a user, you can also request the cancellation of the account and the permanent deletion of all the information associated with it.
