Wheat cuchuco, shredded

Wheat cuchuco, shredded
It is a very typical soup in the Cundinamarca and Boyacense region in Colombia, an inexpensive and very easy to prepare dish. The wheat is husked and crushed into small pieces, and it is cooked with generally pork or pork bones, potatoes from the region, vegetables, coriander, onion, and dressings. As it is difficult to get some typical Colombian ingredients such as beans, or Creole or yellow potatoes, which have a characteristic flavor of this dish, they replace it with some species of beans and potatoes from the country where they are found.
